Michelle- Practice Manager

Michelle has lived all her life in Tuscaloosa and has worked with Dr. Mills and Endo­dontic Partners since 1993. For 12 years she assisted directly in patient care as a chair side assistant. Currently she is the Practice Coordinator. Her responsibilities include maintain­ing productive schedules for the doctors, verifying and reviewing insurance benefits, and coor­dinating financial arrangements for patients. She works with and along side all of the dental team members to promote a harmonious work environment and strives to interact with patients in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.

She has been happily married to her wonderful husband Chris since 1993. They have two children, Taylor and Ashleigh. They all enjoy the outdoors and stay active hiking, camping, biking, kayaking and riding motorcycles.

Tonya -Office Manager

Tonya is a Tuscaloosa native and joined Endodontic Associates in 2003 at the front desk as receptionist. She is now the Office Manager and “happy to be part of such wonderful dental team”. Tonya takes great pride in making sure that each patient is treated in a courteous and professional manner and is always available to help with any concerns that our patients may have about their treatment.

She is the mother of two children, Anthony and Mallory. She loves the outdoors and spending time with her family. She has a reputation as a great cook and also enjoys trips to the Gulf Coast and New Orleans.

Hannah -Chairside Assistant

Hannah, a native of Centreville, Alabama, graduated from Bibb County High School in 2007. She attended Jefferson State Community College receiving a certificate in Dental Assisting in 2009. She began working at Endodontic Partners of West Alabama in 2010, where she was trained under Dr. James Mills and Dr. Andrew Graves. She has assisted chairside with Dr. Graves for a decade. Before becoming a dental assistant, Hannah studied classical ballet for eighteen years here in Tuscaloosa. Hannah is married to her husband Joshua; and they have one “child”: their dog, Ruby Jean. When she is not working, Hannah enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family. She is committed to the health and wellbeing of her patients and plans to continue assisting with Dr. Graves for many years to come.

Ashleigh- Chairside Assistant

Ashleigh was born and raised in Tuscaloosa and graduated from Hillcrest High School in 2016. After attending Shelton State Community College, she started working in the dental industry, following in her mother’s footsteps. She began working at Endodontic Partners of West Alabama in 2019 and has been trained by Dr. Mills as a chair side assistant. 

When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Alex, and her three fur babies, two of which are Siberian Huskies. She also loves to do crafts and help her husband with home improvement projects. She spends her free time reading and cheering on the Crimson Tide! 

Emilee Flemming

Emilee moved to Alabama in 2016 from Whitesburg, Kentucky. She is a graduate of Brookwood High School and continued her education at Shelton State Community College and the Accelerated Dental Assisting Program in Tuscaloosa. When not assisting Dr. Mills with patient care at Endodontic Partners she enjoys spending time with her young daughter and visiting family and friends back home in Kentucky.

Danielle- Chairsie Assistant

Danielle was born and raised in Gordo, Alabama. She graduated from Gordo High School in 2019, then attended Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy where she received her Dental Assisting certificate in 2021.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Danielle has been active in sports, playing softball, basketball, and cheerleading. Danielle joined Dr. Graves’ team in August of 2021. Danielle enjoys working with the patients of Tuscaloosa and west Alabama. When Danielle is not working, she loves spending time with her family and her dog Bella. Danielle also enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching Crimson Tide sports.
